How do I work?
There are two ways I work with owners.
1) As a broker and M&A advisor through Chinook Business Advisory
I work with a team of experienced professionals who have collectively sold hundreds of millions of dollars in businesses and decades of experience. Together, we represent owners through the full sale process and work to achieve the best possible outcome.
2) As a consultant (pre-sale)
Some businesses aren’t quite ready to sell yet.
In those cases, I work with owners to get the business ready for market. That usually means tightening up operations, clarifying the financial story, and identifying what needs to change before a sale makes sense.
In both cases, I bring over 20 years of experience building businesses from conception to sale, alongside specialists when needed, to help you reach your goals.
